Park Theatre is looking for an experienced arts marketing professional with a steady hand to guide their award-winning Sales & Marketing department over the next 12 months. This role presents a unique and exciting opportunity to join the team just after the launch of a new, industry-leading website and brand refresh in spring 2025.

As Sales & Marketing Director (maternity cover) you will provide guidance, support and continuity to the Sales & Marketing team, visiting producers and other departments. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring sales & marketing campaigns across the breadth of our programme. This includes in-house co/productions, visiting shows and season launches. Executing Park Theatres audience development strategy is a key responsibility, as well as contributing towards other organisational goals and business objectives as part of the Senior Management Team. You will act as a brand guardian for Park Theatres refreshed brand and have ultimate responsibility for all the theatres external communications, ensuring the right messaging and tone of voice are upheld.
