We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Admin & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our sales operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining internal processes.
Job Summary
As the Sales Admin & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative support, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. You will serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at multi-tasking with a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
* Process sales orders, track progress, and ensure timely fulfilment.
* Prepare shipping labels and book in deliveries with our customer’s Goods In teams.
* Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales presentations.
* Manage and update customer and sales data in CRM and ERP systems.
* Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Generate sales reports, forecasts, and track performance metrics.
* Attend occasional trade shows.
Customer Service:
* Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals (including Amazon & eBay).
* Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
* Process returns, exchanges, and handle warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Build positive relationships with customers, providing information on products, availability, and order status.
* Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
* Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
* Prepare and maintain sales documentation, invoices, and related files.
* Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, calls, and other team activities.
* Support marketing efforts by assisting with promotions, campaigns, and customer outreach.
* Other duties as required.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
* Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in both verbal and written English Language.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
