As the General Manager of one of their flagship venues, you will oversee the operations of all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs, which will include (amongst other things) implementing change, leadership, training and onboarding, scheduling and rota management, people management, cost control and growth, customer complaints, and school relationships. As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships.
