Director, Wireless Solutions
About the role
Excited about business development? Your next role could keep millions of users connected to their favorite service provider at venues across the country. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Director who can help us manage and grow carrier relationships. Based in our modern Irvine office, you’ll lead national carrier conversations in the Southeast region working towards identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities. Managing relationships with national wireless carriers will put you at the heart of our growth.
What you’ll be doing
As part of the commercial team, you’ll help promote various business solutions to solve customer needs. At all levels, you will be relied on to oversee all customer projects and cross functional internal teams involved in delivering solutions. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with:
1. Ensuring new agreements are consistent with company strategy.
2. Identifying regional marketing plans and strategic targets through internal teams and carrier partnerships
3. Providing market feedback about competitive offerings, prospect needs, and product development opportunities
4. Promoting all wireless solutions to carrier clients
What you’ll bring

5. Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with top tier National Carrier, OEM, or integrators.
6. Wireless network experience focused on wireless infrastructure and large-scale programs.
7. The ability to provide commercially sound partnership deals that provide the best possible solution for the carrier.
8. Highly collaborative with strong oral and written communication skills with the instinctive ability to be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
9. In depth experience closing contracts and overcoming objections and obstacles
10. Ability to travel at least 50%
