We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to assist in ensuring that a quality and cost-effective Catering and Cleaning service is provided to clients and customers within Fife Council.
This post covers Dunfermline and surrounding villages – working in a Team covering West Fife Schools and Council Buildings.
This diverse and varied role can vary from day to day and requires exemplary organisational skills along with flexibility.
Undertake, when necessary, induction training for new staff. Identify the development needs of employees and assist with the training of staff accordingly.
Assist in Personnel matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures at the appropriate level.
Appropriate food service knowledge to address any non-compliance.
If you are interested and have the relevant qualifications. We have a permanent vacancy working 36 hours per week Monday to Friday – 7.12 hours per day as required. Occasional Function and on call weekend work will be required.
You will earn a competitive salary of £31,179.34 - £38,950.71. and have access to a range of benefits, including:
1. A starting salary of £31,179.34 pro-rata, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

This post is about ensuring the effective running and safe operations within schools and council buildings within Fife.
The Person
Significant post qualification experience at supervisory level
Experience in both Catering & Cleaning Food Production qualification
Experience in staff management
Budgetary Awareness, Numeracy, and Literacy skills are essential for this position.
Ability to travel at short notice to other Fife Council establishments
Current, valid driving license
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
You will be required to attend Induction Training before starting in post.
