A bit about the role.
This position is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most lucrative industries in the USA. You will be collaborating with cutting-edge businesses across the USA with a specific focus in the semiconductor sector hiring roles for Embedded Software, Firmware, Cloud, Hardware and Electronics. Working with US companies for permanent roles, you will have the luxury of earning US fees, which means larger opportunity to earn more money. This means higher commissions, no thresholds, and a genuine chance to fast-track your career.
What you’ll be doing
* Winning new business with support from industry-leading tools.
* Managing the full recruitment process—from initial screening to placement.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, both remotely and in person.
* Finding the best talent and following the 5V process.
* Writing compelling job adverts to attract top candidates.
* Attending industry events and conferences in the UK and abroad.
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment isn’t an easy job, and we’re not looking for someone who is just interested in coasting through their career taking home a basic salary.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
6+ months recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, tech, or the US market.
Resilience, drive, and a clear vision of where you want to go.
Sales ability and a strong ‘why.’ You need the drive to excel—not just coast. What does success look like for you, and why does it matter?
Strong communication skills. Whether you’re talking to candidates or clients, you’re clear, professional, approachable and will do the right thing and uphold our values.
Organisational skills. You can juggle multiple roles, clients, and priorities.
Problem-solving mindset. We're about solutions, not problems. Quick thinking to deal with last-minute changes or challenges is a massive plus.
Relationship Building. You're not about making a 'quick buck'. You know how to build trust and create long-term, meaningful, partnerships.
Research Skills. You’re not afraid to dig deep to uncover the best talent for the job.
Experience with the US market, especially in tech recruitment, is a big plus. This role offers you the chance to make a real impact, working with the biggest names in tech and tapping into a market with significantly higher rewards.
