About the Role/Responsibilities:
* Facilities – Coordinating scheduled maintenance and identifying repairs across all company facilities for each location. Ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to budget is applied across all sites. You will conduct inductions and liaise on service agreements, quotes, scope of work, and licensing. Building strong relationships and providing 1st class service to service partners is key. Monthly reporting and day-to-day admin duties as required.
* Fleet - Managing the motor vehicle fleet for the lifecycle of the organisation’s vehicles. This includes ordering vehicles, requesting leases, managing lease contracts, and monthly reporting. You will collaborate closely with drivers to ensure maintenance is completed in a timely manner and manage the insurance and repair process.
* Safety – Effectively communicating safety information to the business, organising workshops/meetings (including taking minutes), and other safety-related activities. You will support the manager with reporting on incidents or hazards as required.
Potentially, there will be opportunities to get involved with sustainability requirements and other projects as needed by the business.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Facilities, Fleet, Safety, or Support Coordination - Experience in at least one of these areas is required, along with a desire to broaden your knowledge in the other areas.
* Excellent communication, time management, prioritisation, negotiating, and organisational skills.
* Sound computer skills in using internal systems and MS Suite (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
* Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work within a team environment.
* Proactive and can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
* Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-moving, evolving environment.
* A positive attitude with a growth mindset and a desire for continuous improvement.
