Job summary The post holder will line manage the Resourcing and the People and Culture administration teams and ensure the provision of a responsive Recruitment and Bank staffing service to the Health Board. The post holder will ensure effective processes, systems and policies are deployed to support and enable adequate staffing levels and skill mix through the utilisation and recruitment of Temporary Staffing.
