Job Title: Customer Services Coordinator (Hybrid working)
Location: Colchester
Salary: £25K - £35K
Our client is in the Financial Services industry and are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join their expanding team
Responsibilities for the IFA Administrator role include:
* To ensure all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively delivering a positive experience for clients
* Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Advisors
* Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings
* Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regards to any ongoing matters on behalf of the Advisors
* Ensure the post-meeting processing is completed within deadlines
* Ensure the back-office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow
* Produce suitability letters for simple transactions, for example, post-meeting reports, bed and ISA, and fund switch letters
For the IFA Administrator role, you will need:
* Min of 3 years experience in an administration role within the financial services sector
* A good understanding of the advice process
* Exceptional organisational skills, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* 7Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships
* A strong work ethic, and a flexible attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Knowledge of industry-specific software systems
