The Birtenshaw Group are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor (maternity cover) to join the HR team. The post holder will provide HR support and advice within a dedicated HR team to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective wide ranging professional HR service.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide a range of advice and support to managers on HR issues including recruitment, performance management, employment law, staff welfare, contractual issues and terms and conditions of employment. The candidate will be able to work independently and to a high standard, prioritising work-load, with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as is a pro-active and dynamic attitude to the role.
In order to be considered for this role you must hold a Level 5 qualification in HR or equivalent.
Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week (part time may be considered for the right candidate)
Salary: £32,148 - £35,705 per annum
*Increasing to £33,916 - £37,668 per annum with effect from 01 April 2025
