Working closely with registered dietitians you will;
• assist the dietitians to deliver the service
• help dietitians arrange and deliver patient reviews
• help deliver education and training on nutrition.
• assist with data collection for statistics, audit and research,
• assist with admin and updating and developing dietary resources.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication and team working skills who is committed to improving the nutrition experience of our patients. A formal nutrition qualification and / or experience of working in a hospital or caring environment are desirable but not essential.
We will provide a comprehensive induction programme and competency framework to enable you to progress from a band 3 to a band 4. You will participate in appraisals and clinical supervision to enable you to develop the appropriate skills and knowledge.
