My client is a Main car dealership based in Cricklewood and they looking for a new Parts Advisor to join their team.
About the position
The service and expertise provided by our parts team is crucial to the business’ success. Therefore, the successful candidate for our Parts Advisorposition will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.
A large part of theParts Advisor position involves:
1. Establishing customers’ needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate;
2. Communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers;
3. Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers;
4. Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers;
5. Reporting any stock damages or losses;
6. Assisting parts stock checks;
7. Liaising and maintaining a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer;
8. Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department;
9. Maintaining and updating displays as per manufacturer requirements.

Salary and Hours
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary basic £25,000 and bonus on top
