Job Title: Psychology Graduate Location: England, Greater London, Greenwich Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Description: As a Psychology Graduate working within the Education and Training sector in Greater London, your primary responsibility will be to support students in their academic and personal development. Your role will involve assisting teachers and educational staff in implementing strategies to enhance the learning experience of students with diverse needs. Job Duties: Supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assisting in the development and implementation of individual education plans Providing one-to-one or group support sessions Observing and reporting on student progress Collaborating with teachers and parents to create a supportive learning environment Required Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting Knowledge of special educational needs and disabilities Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Understanding of child development and learning processes Empathy and patience when working with students facing challenges Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology Experience in conducting assessments and creating intervention plans Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies in education Working Conditions: This temporary part-time role will require you to work flexible hours in alignment with the school's schedule. You will be based in Greenwich, Greater London, and may need to travel to different educational settings within the area.
