Your Role Your Responsibilities Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with our attractive working office and hours from 8am-4pm. - InvestigateDiscrepancies: Review and investigate discrepancy reports related toinventory, shipments, and deliveries to identify and resolve issues. - Data Entry andReporting: Accurately record and update discrepancies in the internalsystem, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date. - Communication: Liaisewith internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify issues, resolvediscrepancies, and ensure smooth logistics operations. - Problem Resolution:Work collaboratively with relevant departments to find solutions todiscrepancies and prevent future occurrences. - Documentation: Maintaincomprehensive documentation of discrepancies, actions taken, andresolutions for future reference. - Continuous Improvement:Provide feedback and suggest improvements to processes or systems that canreduce discrepancies and enhance efficiency. Your Skills and Experiences - Experience: Previousexperience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role ispreferred but not required. - Attention to Detail:Ability to spot discrepancies quickly and maintain high accuracy in dataentry. - Organisational Skills:Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyin a fast-paced environment. - Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising withinternal and external stakeholders. - Technical Skills:Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), withexperience in logistics or warehouse management systems being a plus. - Problem-Solving: Stronganalytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively withvarious teams while being self-motivated and able to work independently whenneeded Please be aware that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to participate in the employment screening process.
