Brand Manager (Marketing) – FMCG Products

You know how to build a brand – and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty doing it.
This isn’t one of those “manage-the-brand-guidelines” jobs.
We’re talking about proper brand management: owning the P&L, leading NPD from idea to launch, driving commercial performance, working closely with sales, R&D, and ops to make things happen – fast.
Consumer-facing role, products sold in major retailers, and with plenty of headroom to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
* Helping shape the brand plan, then making it real through campaigns, innovation, and retail activation
* Leading NPD like a boss – managing timelines, suppliers, costings, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
* Working with sales to pitch to UK & international customers
* Keeping the marketing, creative, and commercial plates spinning – without losing sight of the numbers
You’ll need:
* Brand management experience in FMCG
* A commercial mindset – you’re not just here for the mood boards
* Confidence presenting to customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong project management skills and a decent grip on Excel, PowerPoint, and the usual suspects
* A full driving licence (you’ll need to get out occasionally)
