Credit Controller - Birmingham | £28,000 - £30,000 + Yearly Bonus | Growing Transport Business
Gleeson is excited to be partnering with a thriving transport company in Birmingham that is continuing to grow! Due to expansion, the finance team is increasing from three to four, and they're looking for a confident Credit Controller to come in and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining the credit control function, ensuring timely collections
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth payment processes
Reducing aged debt and improving cash flow through proactive credit management
Handling queries and resolving disputes efficiently
Assisting with reporting and supporting the wider finance team as needed
Candidate Attributes and Skills:
Previous experience in a credit control role
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
Confidence in handling difficult conversations professionally
Experience in the transport or logistics sector is a plus but not essential
