Build a deep understanding of our client’s products/services and competitors so you can launch the most effective ad campaigns that have high engagement.
Who you are
* Confident senior growth marketing manager with expert paid media experience.
* Minimum of 4-5 years in growth marketing, ideally with experience in paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, or lead generation for financial services or investment platforms.
* Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (including newsletters, affiliate marketing, paid search, and paid social) and driving successful investor acquisition and engagement.
* Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, with an ability to use these tools to design, implement, and track marketing campaigns effectively.
* Ability to develop compelling copy and messaging for email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and paid social ads. Excellent writing and communication skills in English are required to ensure clear, engaging, and investor-focused content.
* Google Sheets proficiency for campaign reporting, performance tracking, and data analysis. An appetite to learn and use new marketing technologies is essential.
* Direct experience managing paid social campaigns for a mobile app, fast growth tech startup, D2C brand, e-Commerce retailer, or SaaS product.
* Directly managed at least 7 figures in ad spend (£1 million - £10 million minimum) across your career.
* Highly confident with Google Tag Manager (both client and server side).
* Experience with mobile app marketing attribution platforms such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Branch, or Singular.
* Deep understanding of how the web works technically behind the scenes. Good with balancing heavy workloads.
* Strong ability to work autonomously and to define what needs to be done.
* Advanced experience in paid search, and familiarity with Google Merchant Centre and product catalogs.
* Solid grasp of SKAN3 and SKAN4; able to define the right SK Ad Network conversion tracking strategy for mobile apps.
* Confident managing and leading a wide range of specialists across disciplines to deliver sophisticated Growth Marketing campaigns.
* Able to conduct in-depth market research and form robust digital marketing strategies for clients from a range of industries/verticals.
* Deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation principles.
* Advanced experience in planning, running, and analysing effective Growth Marketing or CRO Experiments.
* Must have advanced experience running ads on the following platforms as a minimum: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads.
* Technically sharp. You’ll eat, sleep, and breathe Google Sheets and formulas.
What the job involves
* Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies through paid acquisition.
* Experience testing and scaling into nascent paid acquisition channels.
* Own marketing campaign execution from ideation to launch, partnering with internal teams (Design, Product, Engineering, and Data) to deliver performance-driven campaigns focused on efficient growth.
* Conduct A/B testing across creatives and landing pages to maximise conversion rates and reduce CAC.
* Manage campaign asset development, working closely with our internal specialists, design studio, and external partners.
* Collaborate quickly and effectively with the creative team to ensure ad creative is both 'on brand' and built to perform.
* Staying on top of client communication and demonstrate strong project management skills.
* Present weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlight what’s worked, new experiments to run.
* Independently install and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager so that campaigns are accurately tracked.
* Direct mobile application developers on tracking event implementation on the MMP being used so that mobile app campaigns can be accurately tracked.
* Seek to continually improve campaign performance through iterative testing (A/B and Multivariate).
* Help direct and manage the development of optimised campaign landing pages.
* Manage campaigns in multiple markets and languages.
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
* Research brief and manage the production of new ad creative.
* Research, plan, prototype, and implement new innovative ways to optimise campaigns and reach audiences.
* Plan, execute, monitor, manage, and optimise paid and organic growth campaigns.
* Assist in ideating, building, and AB testing our newly launched lifecycle marketing program.
* Data-driven decision making with the ability to triangulate across different datasets.
* Track, optimise, and report on key marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and CVRs across the funnel.
* Leverage analytics tools like Metabase, GA4, and Rockerbox to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities. SQL proficiency a plus.
* Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams.
