Job summary Clinical Support Worker - Band 2 B2 Hip Suite We are delighted to welcome applications to join Ward B2 Hip Suite as a Clinical Support Worker based at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our Trauma and Orthopaedics Department. Main duties of the job The Clinical Support Worker will work together with members of the Nursing / Midwifery team and contribute to the implementation of a high standard and individualised patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. The post holder will be required to communicate effectively with other members of the health care team, patients and relatives and must be able to recognise and report to the appropriate person any changes in the patient's condition which may require the intervention of others. The post holder will be assessed on appointment on their level of competence and may be required to undertake development to include basic skills and in house development programme.
