Key responsibilities for a B2B Hub Manager: Making sure that tasks relating to business to business orders are completed to the required standards & timescales Be our point of contact for our clients who have requested business to business orders by providing updates & timescales as required Work with our deep storage & Hub Managers to ensure the correct quantities/batches of stock are available within the right location to ensure you can prepare the requested business to business orders Provide quotations for completing business to business orders as required Read & action outgoing orders as per the end consumers requirements Planning of work Ensuring all process is adhered to and paperwork completed Communication between sites and departments Requirements Experience and skills needed for a B2B Hub Manager: Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you can think on your own, are organized, and willing to take on some responsibility. We would also like to hear from you if you have: Are hands-on Excellent communication Excellent coordination System knowledge - Good knowledge of our manual order process, ensuring manual orders are placed & completed off within the right timescales. Attention to detail - Have the ability to read & action outgoing orders as per the end consumers requirements.
