We are currently looking for an experienced HR Systems & Data Analyst to permanently join our expanding team.
Over the past ten months, our dynamic team has been implementing a new HR and Payroll information system (iTrent). As we continue to enhance HR processes, improve data accuracy, and ensure compliance, we need a talented HR Systems & Data Analyst to help drive our success.
In this transformative role, you will prepare and deliver data for KPIs and management information to our HR team, other directorates, managers, and external partners. You'll also provide technical advice and support on HR and Payroll systems and processes. Plus, you’ll have ample opportunities to dive into various projects and development initiatives, making a real impact across the Group while advancing your personal growth.

If you have a strong background in HR Information Systems and data, or experience in system support and data management and are keen to broaden your expertise in HR Information Systems, this could be the perfect role for you!
Some of the things we need from you:
* Demonstrable experience within a Systems & Data Analyst role
* Experience of undertaking software testing and reviewing the impact of software changes
* Experience of preparing and analysing data for producing management information and reports
* Experience of managing small system related projects
* Experience of using business intelligence and data visualisation tools (Business Objects, PowerBI etc) for developing dashboards and management information
* Experience of using the advanced features of Microsoft Excel
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and work autonomously
* Experience of working with HR systems and data and administering iTrent (integrated HR & Payroll system) would be highly beneficial
While this role offers the flexibility of being home-based, weekly travel to Group offices and other locations, including Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester, is required.
