Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support in a telecom environment, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
2. Work in a shift-based role to ensure 24/7 operational support.
3. Engage with customers and internal teams to manage and resolve technical tickets.
4. Diagnose network and system faults, escalating complex issues as necessary.
5. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Skills/Must have:
1. Telecom industry experience (Nokia preferred, but other vendors are acceptable).
2. Strong support background, comfortable working directly on tickets and customer engineering.
3. Networking - CCNA, JNCIA, NRS1.
4. Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
5. Ability to work in a shift-based environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Salary:
€4,000 - €5,000 per month
