SEN Teaching Assistant - Isolation Room (WN6)

We are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work in an isolation room at a secondary school in WN6. This vital role is key to maintaining a calm and supportive environment for students requiring additional assistance.
- Supervise and support students in the isolation room.
- Provide a listening ear and emotional support when needed.
- Help students reflect on their behavior and reintegrate into class.
- Work closely with pastoral staff to ensure every child receives the right guidance.
- Experience in behavior management or working with challenging behaviors.
- A calm, confident demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting positive outcomes for all students.

Pay Rate: Up to £1900 per month depending on experience!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
