Travel Concierge

This prestigious tour operator is looking for a Travel Concierge to join and support the reservations team with the administration of bookings and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this luxury travel company in this varied role. Salary of circa £32k.
Travel Concierge – Role & Responsibilities:
* Assist the reservations and customer service teams with concierge services, special requests, and general administration.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and travel agents.
* Proactively contact customers prior to travel to offer additional services.
* Manage tasks on the reservations system and ensure passenger-specific travel details are up to date.
* Notify customers and agents of new special offers to promote business for the reservations team.
* Review customer feedback and take appropriate action, seeking guidance where appropriate.
Travel Concierge – Skills & Experience Required:
* Travel industry experience from within a tour operator or retail travel.
* Strong organisation & administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage & prioritise multiple tasks.
* Exceptional communication & customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers and agents.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy & professionalism.
Travel Concierge – Key Benefits:
* Salary circa £32k
* Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30 / Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00 (on a rota basis).
