For more information visit: www.LeapFroginvest.com Role and Responsibilities Provide executive support to the Head of Climate Partner and Head of Impact Director, acting as a trusted advisor and managing all aspects of their professional responsibilities. Oversee complex, frequently changing calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, including the UK, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Manage comprehensive national and international travel arrangements, including visa applications, flights, ground transportation, and accommodations, while ensuring all travel documentation is current and accurate. Strategically plan travel around board meetings, investor engagements, and internal offsites to optimize efficiency. Empathetically manage the schedules of your managers, maintaining a healthy work-life balance whilst accommodating their business needs. Work hand in hand with Climate team colleagues around the Globe to drive a successful fundraise whilst simultaneously sourcing new deals. Prepare and organize materials for key meetings, including board meetings, leadership team sessions, and investor presentations, ensuring timely collation and availability of all documents. Coordinate preparations for conferences, arranging meetings with attendees, and ensuring readiness for speaking engagements or media interviews. Utilise and update the Climate team’s CRM database using Monday.com Act as the main point of contact for the Partner. Manage the Partner’s inbox, triaging, prioritizing, and responding to communications as appropriate. Handle sensitive administrative tasks with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Process monthly expense reports for the Partner, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Organize offsite events for the Climate and Impact teams, including logistics and agendas. Undertake ad hoc responsibilities and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. Work as a team with other Executive Assistants on firm-wide events and initiatives, advise and assist colleagues from other offices with UK logistics, provide occasional holiday. Qualifications and Experience 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in Private Equity, Finance, or Professional Services Industries. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong experience in calendar and inbox management. Extensive experience in coordinating travel, particularly with a focus on Africa and SEA. Experience of CRM databases preferred but not essential Attributes and Competencies Polished, proactive, and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently. A resourceful problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude. Calm, patient, and unflappable with a good sense of humour. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
