Job Opportunity: Clinical Team Lead
Overview
At Outcomes First Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will be responsible for managing our in-house clinical team at Hillingdon Manor School.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the clinical team, including line management and supervision of staff members.
* Develop and implement clinical services to meet the needs of students with complex profiles of need.
* Work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Clinical Locality Lead to ensure seamless integration of clinical services.
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Requirements:
* Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., HCPC, BPS).
* Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
* Clear and concise report writing skills related to clinical and research activities.
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing and developing clinical service.
* Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty preferred.
* Proven record of leadership and management, with the ability to lead a large clinical team by example.
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
