We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an SEMH Teaching Assistant in Grantham. About the Role Support students across all age groups with SEMH needs in a school setting. Assist in classroom activities to ensure all students can engage and succeed. Effectively manage challenging behaviour and foster a positive learning environment. Work closely with teachers and staff to implement tailored support plans. Encourage students’ emotional and social development, building their confidence and independence. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour (preferred). A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to support students effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and families. A passion for education and supporting young people to overcome challenges.
