Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in the Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Group MIS Manager on a full-time permanent basis, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and reliable data across multiple departments and locations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective data management strategies to support informed decision-making
* Maintain and enhance the existing MIS system, ensuring data integrity and security
* Provide regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimise data workflows
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong technical skills, including experience with MIS systems and data analysis tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
* Proven problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
