Pay: £925-£1225 per week

As a Business Studies and Economics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and empowering students to achieve their full potential in these subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Business Studies and Economics to students at Key Stages 4 and 5, ensuring coverage of the curriculum and fostering a deep understanding of key concepts.
2. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students, promoting active participation and critical thinking.
3. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback and support to facilitate their academic growth.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and encouraged to excel.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enhance the learning experience and promote real-world application of business and economic principles.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
7. Strong subject knowledge and teaching experience in Business Studies and Economics, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
8. Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
10. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success and ethos of the school.
