Field of activity
Department 11 - "IT" of the German Pension Insurance Association maintains a highly complex and diverse IT landscape. The Container Technology department provides stable, reliable and highly available container platforms (OpenShift, Rancher) for the specialist processes and operates the specialist processes in accordance with the agreed service levels.
Your tasks
* Leading and building up a team with approx. 6-8 employees in terms of personnel and technical aspects
* Actively shaping the tasks assigned to the team
* Supporting the implementation and follow-up of change processes
* Representing the division in internal and external working groups
* Collaboration in the strategic planning and orientation of the employment area
* Performing IT specialist tasks in the team
* Applying the management tools of personnel development and occupational health management (OHM)
Your profile
* Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the IT field or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable several years of practical experience in the IT field
* Several years of task-relevant professional experience in IT, in the middle server level environment
* Sound knowledge in the area of planning and provisioning infrastructure components, ideally in the area of container technology
* Initial experience in the technical and/or disciplinary management of teams or project groups
* You have a highly analytical and structured way of thinking and working
* Decision-making skills, strong written and spoken communication skills combined with a solution and process orientation round off your profile
