The Aspire Programme is divided into two years of structured learning, providing an intensive blend of face-to-face sessions, online courses, mentorship, and on-the-job training.
From day one, you will be paired with an experienced Clinical Director Buddy who will guide you through your development, share insights, and support you throughout your Aspire journey.
The programme will support you in developing key leadership, financial, human resources, and clinical management skills with learning streams including:

The position will be clinically at one site, but the role will be a multi-site position across our 5 clinics. We have approximately 35 employees with each branch having a Lead RVN. Within the Clinical Director position, part of the role will involve assisting with the finances, aiming to meet our targets and keep everything running smoothly. On the clinical side, you'll help maintain high standards, ensuring we meet industry regulations and provide top-notch care to our animal patients.

This full-time position entails a 4-day week, providing clinical contributions from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with no weekend or out-of-hours duties.
At TVC, our five GP clinics boast state-of-the-art surgical and lab facilities, including digital x-ray, comprehensive lab analyser suites, and ultrasound. Situated within a 20-minute drive of each other, our clinics form a close-knit network serving the Birmingham and Black Country region.
