Apprentice Administrator – Boroughbridge
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join ATM as an Apprentice!

Duties
• Update the work planner
• Working with operations workflow app
• Populate and update purchase order log
• Greet visitors and deliveries to the offices/warehouse
• Data entry for allocation sheets
• Operate internal SharePoint systems
• Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
• Assist with raising purchase order requests
• Handle with account queries
• Assist with monitoring of timesheets
• General administrative support for Northern Contract and Site Managers
• Book accommodation as and when required
Requirements
• Full driving license and own transport
• GCSE grades, 4 – 9 in Maths and English
• Strong computer skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Details
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Apprenticeship length: 17 months
