We're Hiring: Membership Administrator
Base: Dunfermline (travel across Fife - expenses paid)
Full-time | 36 hours/week | Mon-Fri
£15/hour | Temp for 3 months | Immediate Start
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and great with people? We're looking for a Membership Administrator to join a busy leisure team on a temporary basis—starting ASAP!
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Processing memberships + direct debits
2. Registering applications accurately
3. Handling invoices + correspondence
4. Responding to customer queries and complaints
5. Creating management reports + stats
6. Cancelling/suspending memberships when required
7. Liaising with leisure centre teams
8. Supporting system and process improvements
What You'll Need:
1. Strong experience with databases + word processing
2. Excellent customer service + communication skills
3. Confident dealing with complaints and sensitive info
4. Strong time management + accuracy
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
6. Positive, adaptable, and reliable attitude
Must be able to travel throughout Fife (expenses covered)
