Job Title: Associate Director

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday
Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. Due to expansion, Ventro are looking for an Associate Director to join the team to lead a team of Project Managers and drive their performance forward.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Report to the Divisional Director of your area with a dotted line of responsibility to the Technical and Delivery Director.
2. Responsible for Invoiced Value Delivery within Division with Management of 6% of Revenue.
3. Manage your own Delivery Team on a day-to-day basis, leading, motivating, and developing the team of Project Managers across your area.
4. Set objectives and manage performance of the team to ensure overall delivery of strategy/KPIs.
5. Coordinate with the Pre Construction Team and QS team to ensure the right labour are identified for the right project at the right time and for the right fee.
6. Ensure the team develops detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams, revising based on changing needs and requirements.
7. Ensure implementation and adherence to Ventro site-based standards and projects.
8. Support your team with client-facing needs, managing weekly client meetings and monthly progress meetings.
9. Build customer relationships with a highest quality always approach and react to client concerns with responsive communication.
10. Utilize your team's client relationships to seek out further opportunities for variations or new works.
11. Work with your team to make dynamic decisions with a customer-first mindset.
12. Ensure your team always stays safe by following SHARP (Safety, Health and Risk Procedures).
13. Actively seek to improve project GP by beating program, managing resources wisely, and managing stocks ordered.
14. Meet with board members and clients to identify project requirements, update on delivery timelines and costs.
15. Proactive and reactive internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be willing to enhance industry knowledge and become industry badged (Firas, BM Trada).
2. Have experience managing the delivery of hard or soft facilities services in a corporate environment.
3. Demonstrate strong careers from fire safety, with project management successes in construction sector work streams.
4. Exhibit outstanding leadership and strategic abilities.
5. Have senior-level management experience over a large operating region.
6. Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proactive communication skills are requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence.
7. Proficiency in establishing and building client relationships to meet the departmental goals of the organisation.
