Due to continued growth and expansion of our services, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Compliance & Quality Assurance Associate to join our Central Support Team on a permanent basis.
We are seeking an experienced, detail-focused individual to support the Head of Compliance & Central Support in all areas of GDPR/data privacy compliance including website and social media, contract due diligence, audit support, contracts database management and complaints handling. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We are looking for a candidate with:
• Specialist experience within a compliance role, with GDPR expertise
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and data privacy principles
• Excellent organisational and document management skills
• Experience of implementing an information management system
• Proficiency in website/social media platform management, with knowledge of appropriate privacy laws
• High level of accuracy and thoroughness, with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing tasks
• Able to work under pressure, to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of complaint handling
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
• Ensure the organisation maintains compliance with data protection regulations, keeping all GDPR-compliant policies and procedures under review
• Conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIA) and draft data sharing agreements, as appropriate
• Implement, populate and maintain an information management system/CRM and develop and enforce CRM usage policies
• Review and maintain a complaint handling process in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensure all website/social media content complies with legal standards, including GDPR
• Assist with external audit documentation preparation and conduct internal audits, as required
• Deputise for the Head of Compliance & Central Support in compliance-related matters, as required

The essentials:
• Salary – up to £32,000 FTE per annum
