Position:
NHS Ayrshire and Arran’s Learning and Organisational Development Team is offering an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual who can work as part of a team and use their own initiative and experience as a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor to support the design, delivery and co-ordination of individual and corporate staff development training events and activities, using digital technology and other traditional methods.
What you will do:
The Advisor will work in collaboration with the Head of Learning, Development and Staff Experience and the wider team to ensure that people have the required skills, knowledge and capability for their role which will meet corporate expectations in accordance with our organisation’s vision and values.
The duties are varied, stimulating and rewarding through the design and facilitation of bespoke training interventions supporting the development of leaders, managers and teams to enhance their performance, service delivery and employee engagement in a manner which will promote a positive approach to organisational development and the management of change. Essential aspects of this role require experience of online facilitation and conducting the evaluation of Leadership and Management development programmes.
