We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Wincanton, based at Eurocentral, Motherwell, where we provide logistics services for our customer.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Day to Day
1. Motivate, manage and be an escalation point for a team of Warehouse Operatives
2. Act as a role model in ensuring health and safety is the top priority
3. Maintain two-way communication with team members
4. Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse and inventory investigations as required
5. Checking picked stock and assembled loads prior to loading and dispatch
6. The ability to perform a range of warehouse and inventory related duties as required
7. Support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site
8. Co-ordination of transport and communication with drivers to ensure deliveries are achieved with the highest possible service
9. Deputise for the Team Manager or other Team Leaders as required

2. Experience in counterbalance and reach truck MHE
3. Able to provide and understand the need for a high standard of customer service
