Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee HR team operations and provide strategic leadership.
2. Support delivery of the People Plan, with a focus on strategy execution and priority alignment.
3. Coach and train leaders on people management and policy implications.
4. Monitor and report on strategy, CPD plans, succession tools, and HR analytics.
5. Advise on organizational change, workforce remodelling, and restructuring.
6. Contribute to recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
7. Handle HR aspects of due diligence for new teams joining the Trust, including TUPE consultations.
8. Maintain strong relationships with Unions and professional associations.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Senior HR experience, ideally within the education sector.
2. Experience with organizational change and TUPE processes.
3. Knowledge of employment law, statutory requirements, and School Teachers' Pay and Conditions.
4. Familiarity with working alongside Trade Unions.
5. Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.
6. Proven ability to advise senior leadership teams and manage workforce changes effectively.
