We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator on behalf of a well-established engineering firm in the UK building services industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable cost estimates for mechanical installations, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits to assess project requirements
* Develop detailed estimating reports, including labor and material costs
* Collaborate with clients to ensure project budgets are met
* Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator or related role
* Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
