As a Store Marketing & POS Coordinator, you will support in-store marketing initiatives and designing point-of-sale (POS) materials. Your role is key in ensuring brand consistency, optimizing customer engagement, and driving sales through effective in-store communication. Specific responsibilities will include: Manage the design, production, and distribution of in-store marketing materials, including signage, menus, and promotions. Manage POS assets, ensuring timely updates, accurate pricing, and promotional alignment. Work closely with internal teams (supply, product development, and operations) and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively, and maintain relationships with key providers. Support store teams with marketing materials, ensuring proper implementation and adherence to brand guidelines. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of in-store marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with the rest of the team to create campaign concepts, visuals and messaging for upcoming product launches. Plan regular photoshoots to fit in with planned brand campaigns so POS falls in line with menu updates when required. Assist in the planning and execution of store events, promotions, and product launches. Maintain inventory of marketing and POS materials, coordinating restocks as needed. Report into the Marketing Manager & Head of Proposition. Things we’re looking for (skills & credentials) ? A passion for food & coffee is a must A polished, thoughtfully structured portfolio that highlights your design skills. Previous experience in hospitality marketing, POS design or store operations is a plus. A creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for visual storytelling. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and translate ideas into impactful designs. A balance of artistic flair and strategic thinking to bring brands to life. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. A valid UK driving license & reliable transport. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and experience using Canva. Print knowledge is a bonus. What if you’re a partial fit? ?
