Role Overview
We are seeking an RICS qualified Surveyor to contribute to the continued growth of the Savills Industrial and Logistics Occupier Advisory team. Working with the UK and with increasingly some EMEA teams, the role will be split between supporting the team on servicing existing clients’ instructions and supporting in targeting new business development.
The ideal candidate will be used to working in fast-paced environments, have excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be extremely organised, confident and be able to work under pressure in a client-facing role.
The candidate will be able to provide supporting services to, and develop rapport with their client counterparts. A self-motivated individual, the candidate will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and initiative and be able to work closely with other departmental staff at all levels.

Savills Industrial and Logistics Occupier Advisory team, which currently comprises 3 Directors and 1 Associate. Working with the UK and with increasingly some EMEA teams. This role is based in our Head Office, Margaret Street, London.
