Job Title: Senior Front End Engineer (Android)
We are a team of passionate entrepreneurs working on building the best financial platform ever created for e-commerce founders. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer who shares our motivation and determination to join our team. This presents an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious journey.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the development of our Android application from scratch, defining its architecture and technical direction.
* Working with cross-functional teams to turn business and UI/UX requirements into a robust, scalable Android application.
* Setting best practices for Android development, including clean architecture, modular design, and test-driven development.
* Keeping current with Android trends and implementing new technologies to build cutting-edge financial software.
What You'll Achieve in the First Month:
* Master our product roadmap and shape the technical strategy for the Android app.
* Design the core architecture for our Android application with security, scalability, and longevity in mind.
* Start building essential features like account management, payments, and card functions, with a focus on secure, user-friendly workflows.
* Create coding standards, review processes, and development guidelines to maintain quality across the codebase.
What You'll Achieve in Three Months:
* Launch the first version of the Android app with core features—payments, card issuance, and financial insights.
* Guide and mentor other engineers while fostering technical excellence.
* Partner with backend teams to ensure smooth API integration.
* Tackle key technical challenges like offline support, real-time updates, and multi-currency handling.
* Set up monitoring tools and testing frameworks to enhance app stability.
What You'll Achieve in Six Months:
* Lead the app's evolution by adding advanced features like spend analytics, instant notifications, and media integrations.
* Optimize the app's architecture and performance to support user growth.
* Guide mobile development strategy, shaping decisions on scalability, security, and user experience.
* Build a strong Android team by recruiting and developing top talent aligned with our company vision.
