RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an established and reputable client in Southport who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly finance team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role reports into the Finance Manager and is responsible for the following:
* Supplier account maintenance
* Supplier statement resolution
* Reviewing invoices and obtaining necessary approvals before making payments
* Processing payments
* Payment runs
* Processing and managing expenses
* Managing Supplier invoices and maintain vendor accounts including daily / monthly supplier reconciliations
* Performing month end tasks
* Requesting VAT invoices where proformas have been paid
