You will be working within the operational team providing administration and Document Control to the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Organising reports and spreadsheets
2. Uploading documents for different projects
3. Handling documents and filing systems
4. Occasional visits to other offices
5. Liasing with the site team/contractors
Experience required:
6. Proven experience working within Admin support is essential
7. Ideally have Document Control experience and worked within Housing/Construction
8. Good IT skills & computer knowledge
9. Good organiser and attention to detail
10. Team player, excellent communicator
