We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team in the UK.
The primary role of Inside Sales Account Manager function is to develop and maintain relationships with the assigned customers and accounts for a location, region or division. Key deliverables include acting as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all services to the customer. Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
* The primary objective of the Inside Sales Account Manager is to deliver an exceptional customer experience through customer calls (virtually), selling the ResMed respiratory portfolio in a targeted approach, providing product and technical information, preparing quotes, facilitating training/educational programs and managing problem resolution.
* Key Responsibilities include to maintain and grow market share across target accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, executing team driven objectives and assisting with training needs.
* Assist Commercial Manager UK in supporting Territory Business Managers in preparing quotes.
* Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within target accounts.
* Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer virtual meetings selling ResMed's portfolio including educational programs, product in-services, and handling problem resolution.
* Professionally represent ResMed as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions.
* Work closely with the Commercial Manager, Clinical team and Sleep Sales Management team in evaluating sales trends and monitoring changes to the business environment.
* Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

* Degree or equivalent qualification.
* 2+ years relevant business experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry experience/knowledge preferred.
