Job Description
As a Care & Support Assistant in our adult care community-based program, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for adults who require assistance with daily activities and support needs.
* Provide personalized care and support to adults in their homes or community settings
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
* Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
* Promote independence and dignity while ensuring client safety and well-being
* Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in client condition
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Benefits Include:
* Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 with benefits)
* Higher rates for evening and weekend hour
* Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
* Paid travel expenses
* Paid when training
* Minimum 1-hour visits per client

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
+ Valid up to date UK driving licence + own car
+ Must reside Locally within our franchise region
+ Must be prepared to cover a Saturday & Sunday on alternate weekends
+ Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
