We have a brand new opportunity for travel industry professionals to join a leading Tour Operator as a Trade Telesales Coordinator. This role involves maintaining and increasing sales of our client's products to UK Travel Agents, developing relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate sales data and identify growth opportunities.
* Liaise with Sales Managers and internal departments to resolve Travel Agent queries.
* Manage call plans.
* Identify new business opportunities within regional areas and report to Sales Managers.
* Develop ideas and offers, collaborating with marketing to promote products.
* Monitor market and competitor activities, providing relevant insights.
* Assist with trade account queries via the Sales Support helpdesk.
* Maintain the internal CRM system.
