I am recruiting for a well established maintenance contractor who are based in Devon for a Painter & Decorator to join their team. You will be working within occupied and Void properties painting interior and exterior surfaces. Ideally you will be located in and around the Barnstaple area and be willing to travel within the North Devon regionl. Duties will include: Applying paints, stains and other coatings to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings and woodwork Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding and priming to ensure a smooth even finish Mixing and matching paint colours Maintaining painting tools and equipment You will need: Proven experience as a painter and decorator Knowledge of different paint types, finishes and coatings Attention to detail Clean driving licence Own brushes, rollers, dust sheets etc Good communication skills If you are a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator looking for a temporary contract please click on APPLY now to forward an up to date CV or call Michelle M for more information
