Compliance Administrator £22,000 – £27,000 pa, dependent on experience We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to provide support to CSP’s Talent and Resourcing Department, taking responsibility for the maintenance, configuration, and optimisation of CSP’s software systems and platforms used for workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. This role involves overseeing the integration of various workforce management tools, ensuring the data integrity of workforce-related systems, and supporting HR or operations teams in maximising the efficiency of workforce-related processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role and working with IT systems and software. They will also have good attention to detail and be confident in communicating with people across the organisation. What you will be doing as a Compliance Administrator Maintain workforce planning software and related applications. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce data; Regularly audit the data to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. Provide support to users (e.g., HR teams, managers, employees) on workforce planning system functionality and troubleshooting. Create and maintain reports related to workforce performance, resource utilisation, attendance, and other key metrics Monitor access controls to maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive workforce data Work with Third Parties or IT team to resolve technical issues or escalate where necessary What CSP can offer you as a Compliance Administrator A salary between £22,000 and £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience A 35 hour working week – over 5 days per week Up to 25 days’ holiday (pro-rata – after qualifying service) plus Bank/Public Holidays Pension scheme with excellent employer contribution Life insurance at 4x salary A range of valuable medical and practical support services through an external Employee Assistance provider The opportunity and support to work towards a professional or vocational qualification What we need from you as a Compliance Administrator Experience with system integrations and API management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to analyse complex workforce data and provide actionable insights to HR and operations teams Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Strong understanding of workforce planning concepts such as forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling Collaborative mindset for working with crossfunctional teams (IT, HR, Operations).
