40 hour working week 1 hour unpaid lunch working 5 days from 7
Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9.00 to 6.00pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 12 pm.

The Role
You will work a 5 week rotation with 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in every 5 (not on same weekend). The overall purpose of the role is to provide ‘World Class' Customer Service and effectively achieve the following core responsibilities…
1. To aid accessibility allowing us to answer all customer interactions presented to the business

3. Multi-Channel approach to customer interactions
4. Capturing, maintaining and ensuring the quality of customer data is met adhering to GDPR
5. Handling all relevant customer interactions
6. Advising customers on the best services available
7. Booking appointments for maintenance and repairs
8. Remote Troubleshooting utilising problem solving skills and persuasive communication
9. Resolving customer queries and complaints
10. Providing technical advice
11. Ordering literature
