Office Administrator - £13.25ph - Wakefield plus overtime x 1.5 - West Yorkshire High-end specialist organisation urgently requires an experienced Office Administrator working in the sales and admin office where you will be responsible for raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers for specific parted aligned to their business, liaising with customers ensuring the products are correct and fit for purpose and supporting managers in this process. As an office administrator you will have previous administrative experience within a busy environment, possess excellent organisational and planning skills and with the ability to multi task within a fast paced organisation, strong initiative and problem solving skills together with a great attention for detail, excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and an ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and 'can do' attitude Full training will be provided in this role where required and this being a family owned business ensures you are a valued member of the team. Any experience in manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.
